Kerkdata operates on the AOS Platform (Applicable Operating System), a software platform developed and owned by Applicable (Pty) Ltd. 2. Information We Collect

Depending on how your organisation uses Kerkdata, we may collect the following information.

Attendance and Ministry Data

Kerkdata is designed primarily to collect aggregated ministry statistics, including:

Kerkdata operates on the AOS Platform (Applicable Operating System) and utilises Cloudflare as part of its secure cloud infrastructure. Cloudflare provides enterprise-grade cloud services that enhance the security, reliability, availability, and performance of the platform.

Cloudflare's services may be used for:

  • Secure HTTPS encryption
  • Global content delivery
  • Application performance optimisation
  • Protection against cyber threats and malicious traffic
  • Network security
  • Infrastructure resilience
  • Disaster recovery support

Your information may be processed, transmitted, cached, or securely stored using Cloudflare's global infrastructure where necessary to provide the services offered by Kerkdata. Cloudflare operates a globally distributed network of data centres. As a result, certain information may be processed or transmitted outside South Africa.

8. Sharing of Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. Information may only be shared:

Where personal information is transferred outside South Africa, Applicable (Pty) Ltd takes reasonable steps to ensure appropriate contractual, technical, and organisational safeguards are implemented in accordance with:
